Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training Schedule

The Tampa Bay Rays will open their 2009 spring training schedule on Wednesday, Feburary 25 against the Cincinnati Reds at the Rays new Spring Training home in Port Charlotte, FL. The rebuilt site is the former spring home of the Texas Rangers. The meeting with the Reds will be the first of 5 matches of the 2009 season. The Rays also face off against their cross-town rival Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox 4 times each.

All home games will start at 1:05 p.m. with two exceptions: Wednesday, March 4 against the World Baseball Championship team and Wednesday, March 24 against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Both start at 7:05 p.m.

Nearby are the Cincinnati Reds, Pittsburgh Pirates, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Boston Red Sox spring training camps. Be sure to check their schedules for more exciting baseball action.
